Panel Formwork Systems
We offer three kinds of proprietary formwork systems, each engineered for specific structural requirements and concrete pressure capacities:
- FORMA Wall 40 / Economy Form - Our light-duty handset system designed for smaller structures, capable of withstanding concrete pressures up to 40kN/m². This system features a durable steel face and is lightweight enough to be moved manually on site, offering excellent mobility and ease of installation for projects requiring flexibility and efficiency.
- FORMA Wall 60 - A medium-duty system combining a plywood face with a robust steel frame, engineered to handle concrete pressures up to 60kN/m². This versatile solution balances strength and practicality, making it ideal for mid-range construction applications where higher pressures are required without compromising on ease of use.
- FORMA Wall 80 - Our heavy-duty formwork system featuring a plywood face and reinforced steel frame, designed to withstand concrete pressures up to 80kN/m². Wall 80 is a crane handled system and delivers exceptional performance for demanding projects requiring maximum pressure resistance and structural integrity.

Tie Systems & Clamps.
We provide a variety of bar tie options for our customers to choose from. Tie plates, re-useable bar tie and all relevant accessories such as ergonomic clamps, and stop ends. Details can be found in our downloadable product brochure.
Alignment Props and Access
We provide simple to use, lightweight but strong propping for alignment as well as access walkway brackets for pouring platforms. If you cant find the required component in our product brochure, we are happy to quickly develop the product to match your project requirements.

The plywood face provides a traditional, cost-effective solution ideal for specific concrete finishes. Alternatively, the aluminum face offers superior durability, lighter weight, and enhanced reusability for faster cycle times and long-term cost savings.
Boost project efficiency with our innovative quick strike mechanisms for early panel striking and accelerated concrete curing. Back propping options ensure structural integrity and optimized material utilization, speeding up construction phases.
Each system is complete with all necessary components, including robust tri-pods, secure gates, adjustable infill beams, and high-strength props.
